One of the best things about Melbourne, apart from being one of the most liveable cities in the world, is the great talent of teachers and classes available in the performing arts and fitness industries. When on tour or holidays, it's always a challenge to find the same facilities in a new city and keep your fitness to the same level. To help other performers and fitness enthusiasts to save time in finding the best places to train Lauren from Limber Sports Performance has created a series of blogs for different cities in the world. We hope this helps and please feel free to get in touch if you have some other suggestions to add to the list.

MY STORY
I've played high-level sports nearly all my life and my body (now in middle age) has suffered through multiple torn calves, hamstrings, groins as well as numerous ankles shoulder and knee injuries. I originally joined Limber stretch class in response to constant testing of my calves, plantar fasciitis/Achilles’ tendon issues.
I am now very happy to say that I haven't torn a calf for maybe 3 months and my legs, back, and torso are all far more flexible and stronger as a result
Sure Calisthenics every club has one or two girls who are naturally flexible but what's your plan to get everyone in the team up to scratch when it comes to flexibility?
